We experienced a connectivity disruption impacting Blue and Yellow Profile SIMs due to an unexpected signaling storm. Immediate mitigation measures were implemented, and core connectivity was restored within approximately one hour.

Please note that due to the nature of network propagation, some SIMs may have taken additional time—up to a few hours—to fully reconnect. We continue to monitor the network to ensure stability and prevent recurrence but at this point, we observe full service recovery.
