During the scheduled GRX security maintenance performed by the external provider, Blue & Yellow Profile SIM devices experienced temporary roaming connectivity interruptions and failed network attachments. The impact occurred during the maintenance window while security enhancements were being applied to specific roaming partners, causing intermittent session terminations. Most devices reconnected automatically after the disruption, although some required a manual reboot to restore connectivity.
The maintenance activities are scheduled to continue across May 5th, 6th, and 7th between 20:00–03:00 CET.
